August 22 was quite a day for Donald Trump. Michael Cohen, his former attorney, pleaded guilty to eight criminal charges, including campaign finance violations.
As he told the judge during his court appearance, the lawyer paid Karen McDougal and Stormy Daniels the hush money to buy their silence and implicated the president as his co-conspirator. Both women earlier claimed they had an affair with Trump.

Former White House adviser Omarosa Manigault Newman was quick to react to the news. First, in an interview on MSNBC, she shared a video of Cohen boarding Trump’s campaign plane back in 2016.
What’s so special about it?
By sharing the footage, Omarosa wanted to prove that the attorney was involved in 2016 campaign, even though the 72-year-old actively denies it:
The reason I wanted to share this with you is, first of all, to show you that he was in fact involved with the campaign.

Then, she shared her thoughts on Cohen reaching a plea deal. As Omarosa believes, it will bring the president down:
This is the beginning of the end for Donald Trump. He knows that the person who knows everything about him, about his relationships with these women and others that people may not know about, will come to light.

How did the public react to her interview?
Since the video was teased as the major revelation but only showed Cohen boarding the plane, many viewers were disappointed.
Previous tapes were interesting. This only showed that Cohen was active in the campaign. But maybe more interesting as Trump tries to downplay his interactions with Cohen in that silly interview this morning with Fox & Friends.

I am astonished to see that Omarosa is out and not been charged that is the real issue and I think the problem at the moment is not Hilary. A major breach of security at White House mean that our security is at risk. Someone need to pay attention on this mater it is not joke!

So far she appears to have just doublespeak, bait and switch tactics, mowing reporters asking her questions and indicating she can’t talk yet, she has the videos Cohen boarding a plane, no context. I hoped to watch Ms. Jackson Rip her a new one. Or smudge and eyebrow 🇺🇸😬
