The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards has come and gone, and as expected, the stars showed up in some of the most sensational outfits that have graced award ceremonies so far this year.

The VMAs is not just about looking classy. It is the night for stars to push the fashion envelope. They are there to give fans and fashion enthusiasts something to talk about all year round.
Everyone from new mom Cardi B to the big winner Jennifer Lopez, co-host Tiffany Haddish, Kylie Jenner, and SZA made worthy fashion statements at the VMAs.

That said, some celebrities simply did not get the memo or tried too hard to catch our attention with outfits that looked simply out of place. And here’s a list of celebs that looked a little too crazy even for the VMAs:

We get the point: Teyana is a fashion outlier. But what was she thinking?

This was just wrong. The sheer gown looks great, though.
