Why the Queen is sad
- Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to step back as senior royals. The Sussexes reportedly made this decision without consulting other monarchs and the Queen.
- Her Majesty proved she has a kind heart by releasing a statement, which says she supports her grandson and his wife’s desire to live royally-free life.
- However, Her Majesty seems to be “sad” about her grandson’s resigning and the Megxit speculations, according to her body language.
- Royal expert Judi James noticed ‘alarming’ signs in the Queen’s behavior during her recent visit to St. Mary Magdalene Church.
The expert said:
The Queen looks rather isolated and reflective here.

How Kate Middleton and Prince William handle the situation
It seems like the Queen’s other grandson Prince William and his charming wife Kate Middleton will have to take doubled efforts to revive the good image of the royal family in the public eyes amid Harry and Meghan’s stepping down.

The Cambridges keep working hard as they have multiple engagements and charities to attend in their schedule list. Their body language points out that William and Kate handle the situation like pros.
Expert Blanca Cobb said about Kate and William “mirroring” each other:
They’re okay as a couple.
But still, the Cambridges feel pressure amid the Sussexes’ resigning. Cobb added:
It’s unusual to see William and Kate with such rounded shoulders. It could be that they’re figuratively feeling the weight or pressure of the situation with Harry and Meghan.

Another royal expert Judi James explained that Kate Middleton’s body language points out that she tries to stay “professional” in the spotlight, though it’s hard for her too.
The expert said:
Her personal sadness at Harry’s exit must be quite deep as the pair always seemed close.

Kate, William and Harry’s special bond
Prince Harry has always been very close with his elder brother William, especially after their mother Princess Diana’s demise. They haven’t lost that special bond even after William married Kate Middleton.
Harry, William, and Kate were jokingly called ‘royal trio’ as they melted fans’ hearts every time they stepped out altogether. For Harry, Kate was like a “big sister he never had.”

In October, Prince Harry said that despite feud rumors, he will always love his brother.
We are brothers. We will always be brothers… I’ll always be here for him and I know he’ll always be here for me.

Siblings’ bond is truly unique and special! It’s great that Harry understands this. Even though they are on “different paths” right now, we sincerely hope that William and Harry will stay connected no matter what.
Harry made this fundamental decision to step back as senior royal to protect his wife and son’s privacy. Let’s respect his decision! We can only imagine how hard it was for Harry and Meghan to deal with the public pressure lately. Hopefully, they’ve found happiness with their baby son in Canada aside from the royal spotlight.
