It seems Melania Trump mostly keeps to herself, and we really don’t know much about her. One of the things many people all over the world are interested in is how she manages to stay so glowing and beautiful. Well, her good looks probably have to do with her lifestyle. It’s not that she follows any diet rules very strictly. Moreover, her eating habits are quite simple. For those wondering what and how the First Lady eats, there are several rules.

How and what Melania Trump eats

1. Healthy breakfast is important.

It’s one of the rules many of us should adopt for our own good. A few years ago, Melania said in an interview with GQ that she often has either a bowl of oatmeal or a fruit smoothie “with a few ingredients and lots of vitamins in it” for breakfast.

2. Add plenty of fruits.

To keep her skin and figure in a perfect condition, Melania reportedly eats seven pieces of various fruits every day.

3. Eat sweets in moderation

You may think Melania doesn’t eat anything sweet to stay slim, but that’s not true! She likes sweet stuff, especially chocolate. She said:

I don’t have a particular snack I always eat. If I would snack, I would snack on maybe fruit or a little bit of chocolate, because I think your body needs that, too.

Melania even treats herself to ice-cream, and she believes moderation is key:

It’s good to indulge cravings and your tastes once in a while… as long as you balance those things with healthy foods.

4. She doesn’t believe in diets.

Melania avoids strict diets. The First Lady eats balanced and healthy meals. Her daily menu has to include fruits and vegetables, and she drinks plenty of water. Also, she doesn’t eat fatty or rich foods very often. After her son Barron was born, Melania ate a healthy diet (as she always had done before) and went to Pilates classes a few times a week to “get back into shape.
