The NCIS star has damaged her head from an accident at her place. Pauley got hit by a blade on the fan. She described the accident in all the details on Twitter.
So, I was sound asleep with my ceiling fan on. A blade on the fan broke off and flew down and smashed into MY HEAD! For real!

The accident ended up in the ER. Perrette added that it was a very cheap fan “like over 20 years old.”
