Female swan had an injured wing, so she was unable to fly. Her partner didn’t want to leave her, so he stayed to guard his beloved one. The couple remained together, but the pond started to freeze.

The beautiful pair didn’t have any offsprings yet but got a lot of admirers – the inhabitants of the neighboring houses fed them with bread and watched with pleasure as they played in the water.

The park visitors, who got accustomed to seeing a pair of beautiful snow-white swans became worried as they saw that the birds are unable to leave the lake, so they called the rescue team. Luckily, the birds were put in special cages and carried to the animal rescue center.
