While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex continue conquering the hearts of fans on the royal tour, Prince William and Kate Middleton took over the duties on their homeland. The royal parents attended a lavish state dinner at Buckingham Palace, which was held in honor of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands.

Duchess Kate took the breath away in a baby blue gown, the creation of her favorite designer Alexander McQueen. She paired the stunner with the breathtaking jewelry only a royalty could wear. The mom-of-three donned Princess Diana’s favorite tiara, as well as her pearl earrings to match the awe-inspiring headpiece.

The occasion marked the first time Kate wore a royal family order, which is a pale yellow ribbon with the Queen’s portrait in the center. This is a special honor bestowed only on female members as a thank you for their service.

However, despite Kate’s Cinderella-esque look, people couldn’t help but notice how thin she appeared, with many royal fans worrying about the Duchess’ health.

Is she too thin?

The social media users criticized Kate for being “awfully thin.” Some people suggested the Duchess might have an eating disorder, just like late Princess Diana.

I did not like the dress. I did not want to say anything because I did not want people to think I did not like Kate. I think she is beautiful, but I am worried that she is losing to much weight again and I thought the dress looked like a bad prom gown.

This is not the first time Kate was called too thin. Nonetheless, the Duchess says that her secret of losing weight quickly after giving birth is running after her kids. Considering she has three with the third one growing in leaps and bounds, we can totally believe that. But do you agree with social media and think she lost too much weight?
