Grace Kelly's Nephew Reveals Important Advice His Iconic Aunt Would've Given To Pregnant Meghan Markle
While modern public glorifiies Meghan Markle as an American actress whose life turned into a fairytale after marrying a prince, many oldtimers remember Grace Kelly as the pioneer of graduating from Hollywood to European monarchy.
Kelly was 27 years old when she fell in love and married Monaco’s Prince Rainier III. She was the first American to become a royalty, so it’s no wonder the Duchess of Sussex often gets compared to her.

Grace Kelly left her successful career behind for love. But the royal life wasn’t easy for her. She was overwhelmed by media attention. Kelly imagined she would be able to peacefully raise a family away from Hollywood, but the press was even more intrusive.
Now, seeing how Meghan Markle is starting to follow Grace Kelly’s footsteps, the Princess of Monaco’s nephew has some advice for the royal mom-to-be.
Advice Grace Kelly would’ve given to Meghan Markle
Grace Kelly’s nephew Chris LeVine believes that his royal aunt would’ve had a lot of wisdom to pass on to Meghan Markle, as she’s about to follow the same path Kelly followed back in her days.
From watching Markle’s life as a royal, LeVine noted some similarities between Grace and Meghan, and outlined Kelly’s biggest concern in the past, which might affect the Duchess of Sussex.
As Chris LeVine told Fox News:
[The media scrutiny] was something that certainly concerned my aunt back when her children were growing up. That’s escalated since then. She thought back then the media was oppressive…That was one of her major challenges, I think, in raising her children.
But how would Grace Kelly tell Meghan to overcome these challenges? Chris assumes that her advice would’ve been simple:
Certainly her advice back then was to maintain the family time, the family traditions that she learned from her parents, continuing the family dinners and meals. Her goal was always to bring the kids over to the States. That was really apparent.
