The Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave a rare glimpse into their struggles with royal life in ITV’s new documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey. Meghan Markle opened up about dealing with media attention while being pregnant, while Prince Harry finally spoke about his relationship with William and admitted to some problems.
"Not many people have asked if I’m ok … it’s a very real thing to be going through behind the scenes."

Fab Four clashes once again
The release of Harry and Meghan’s documentary coincided with the end of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Pakistan tour, which is a big no-no within the royal family.
It’s an unspoken rule that family members must refrain from anything too high profile if others are on tour. Buckingham Palace was promoting the documentary, which took the spotlight away from William and Kate who were busy with important diplomatic activities and had a chance to raise the UK government in the eyes of the rest of the world.
Unfortunately, as we know, most people talk about Harry and Meghan’s interview, rather than their relatives’ important political achievements, which royal experts see as a very inconsiderate action.

Prince Harry also compromised himself
Royal expert Peter Hunt believes Prince Harry and Meghan Markle should’ve postponed the documentary as well as the Duke’s statement about media attention until after their African tour.
Not for the first time, the Queen will be questioning (privately) the actions of one of her relatives. In this case, the timing – the couple are still on tour – and the wisdom of taking on the British tabloids: https://t.co/VatvBAjf2f

It’s a general understanding that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shouldn’t do several important things at the same time and focus only on tour if they’re on one. Perhaps next time they’ll listen.
