You Got Ripped! TV Show Host Kelly Ripa Takes On Instagram Troll For Calling Her Too Old For Mark Consuelos
Last weekend, Live With Kelly and Ryan host Kelly Ripa took a bite out of an Instagram user who suggested that Ripa looked way older than her husband, Mark Consuelos. Ironically, both Ripa and Consuelos are the same age, 47.
The drama began after Consuelos posted a picture of himself holding up a sign supporting the #HeForShe movement on Instagram. One troll had a different take on the picture and went straight for Ripa.

Ripa did not intend to take the bashing sitting down so she fired back with a comment of her own.
You need to learn how to spell the word too sweetie. As in you’re too stupid to be with my young, handsome husband. Ps, he likes proper grammar as well you dope.
For better, for worse
This is not the first time Ripa and Consuelos have come under fire from fans and trolls. The couple has been together for the past 22 years and has three beautiful children. How they managed to keep their relationship strong is no trade secret.
Speaking on Anna Faris’ podcast “Unqualified”, Kelly revealed that she had learned to accept the reality that relationships are never perfect. For her, understanding this helps a lot when trouble rears an ugly head.
Also, being good friends with a spouse is key to long-lasting relationships. Over time, Ripa and Consuelos have become so involved in each other’s lives. Now, they are almost inseparable.
Relationships evolve and we just happen to be lucky enough that we evolved together. Our roots became entangled.
In addition, both Ripa and Consuelos find different unique ways to show each other how much they care. In 2010, Ripa tattooed Consuelos on her wrist and proudly showed it off on the “Regis and Kelly” show in April.
Ripa’s comments on Consuelos’ Instagram post is fair warning to all trolls. Better think twice before you cross her or it might get prickly fast.
