Prince Charles And Duchess Camilla Share Their 2017 Christmas Card

Christmas is always magical for each of us. It reminds us to be grateful to others, to love and share. It is that period of the year when you believe that miracles could happen and joy and happiness fill our hearts. What can be more special than plunging into a true fairy tale? The royal members have the same opinion. Here is this year’s official Christmas card from The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.

Clarence House is ready for Christmas.

The Royal Family invited children from Helen & Douglas and Roal Duhl Fund to help decorate a Christmas tree in the Clarence House. These charities help children and young people from poor families.

The little guests helped decorate the tree with paper chains, baubles, and garlands. Red and gold are the main colors this year. After they helped with the tree decoration, the Dutchess of Cornwall gave presents to all children to thank for their assistance.

Earlier these days, Prince Charles and Dutchess Camilla presented their official Christmas Card.

In harmony with the Christmas tree’s color theme the card is signed:

Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year.

The tradition of sending holiday cards was started in the UK in 1843 by Sir Henry Cole. In the modern era, it is still a beloved tradition for the Royal family to send Christmas Cards. Few might know that the Queen starts to sign the personalized cards in summer in order to be able to enjoy the Holidays properly without worrying about possible post delays.
