For a very long time, people only knew Paris Jackson as the beautiful daughter of the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson. However, in the last few years, she has developed her own identity and has captured the hearts of many due to her love and support for animals.

Born on April 3rd, 1998, she is the second child and only daughter of Debbie Rowe and the late superstar. This year marked some big strides in Jackson’s career. She appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone in January, signed a modeling contract with IMG Models and made her acting debut as a guest star in Fox’s Star in March.

Her love for animals

Jackson has never been shy when it came to expressing her love for animals. In several pictures on her Instagram, she can be seen posing with a few furry creatures.

While she generally has a soft spot for all animals, she once referred to a five-year-old champion racehorse, Marmelo, as her ‘new boyfriend’. During her visit to Australia for the Melbourne Cup 2017, the 19-year-old posed with the horse in a photo shoot for Stellar Magazine.

Paris is no stranger to horses. In fact, she grew up around them. She said she spent some time with horses while helping her mother around her ranch. She even did equine therapy when she was in high school.

Describing her overall experience in Australia, Jackson said she was "extremely touched by how kind and welcoming everyone has been so far. I was greeted by four very sweet gentlemen outside my hotel who brought me Tim Tams, Vegemite, and a koala plushie."

A new man?

From the look of things, it seems the beauty may have found someone else who loves horses as much as she does. She attended the Melbourne Cup with a handsome stranger, and they were cozying up lovingly with each other.

The couple was pictured at the event laughing together, walking the grounds and watching the races from the stands. Jackson looked content and happy with her hunky date, and she chose to wear a gorgeous bohemian dress for the event.

While no one can say for sure if these two are actually a couple, we cannot deny a certain chemistry that is obvious in their interaction.
