We all dream about a perfect body, though this definition differs from one person to another. No wonder people, especially females, pursue beauty standards throughout their lifetimes forgetting about the core: everybody is beautiful the way they are.

Inspiration

This story might be overlapped with thousands of others since we face such people on a daily basis.  But believe us, this woman changed her appearance completely. Even her face now looks so amazingly different than before.

Here’s a woman, 44-year old Jenna Jameson, who lost 55 pounds (initially she weighed 188) within 4 months. Yes, just 4! Impressive, huh?

You know this moment when you want something so badly, but at the same time, you are a couch potato? Well, this is not about her. She hated her body and wanted to achieve her goals, but results don’t come without struggle, do they?

She decided to change herself to the core, and after 4 months, she already had 133 pounds. She did it not only for her beauty but health, too. It was hard to walk and breathe normally, and she told herself "enough!" We’re sure she’ll go on keeping her fit even more!

Her feelings about beauty and appearance

Though Jenna claimed that she "felt beautiful at a bigger size," she still felt unhealthy and unhappy weighing 187 pounds.

Taking control of your weight helps your confidence and health, but it doesn’t make you beautiful. Your inner light does that.

She felt mentally and physically weak and unstable, and she wanted to change this distressing feeling once and for all. She’s been on a keto diet for about 6 months now, and she has an "ideal weight" (125 pounds) accordingly to her recent statements on Instagram.

I feel happier, smarter, and much more confident. My advice is to trust your intuition and trust your body.
