Fans’ comments
I am appalled that @KensingtonRoyal saw fit for #princeWilliam to even utter that speech about lack of diversity he’s been president of bafta for 10yrs! what diversity effort has he made so diversity wouldn’t be lacking? his own sister n law is a victim of racism #baftasowhite

It would have been nice if he started within his own family then he would be more believable. If there are some that appreciate what he says that is fine, we all have differing opinions, however, keep in mind he should be held accountable to back up those words with action.

William said nothing when Meghan experienced racism. His words are empty once again, and he’s a hypocrite.

Wish he had any credibility on the subject.

Celebrities joke about royals
BAFTA 2020 was full of hilarious moments and jokes about the British royal family. For example, actress Rebel Wilson made the audience laugh out loud when presented an award on stage.
Rebel said:
It’s really great to be here at the Royal Andrew…Royal Harry…no, um…Royal Phil…at this royal palace…place.
However, the brightest moment of the ceremony came when Margot Robbie took to the stage to accept an award and deliver a speech on behalf of her co-star Brad Pitt who couldn’t be present that night.
Brad Pitt’s speech had a remark about Prince Harry:
I’m going to name this award Harry.
Fortunately, Prince William and Kate Middleton were both laughing when celebrities joked about the royal family. Maybe, they were just hiding their true emotions? It’s hard to say, but knowing William and Kate, we are pretty sure they did not offend on the jokes. And what do you think?
