President Donald Trump and his wife Melania have been married since 2005. There have been a lot of controversies surrounding their marital life but every once in a while, they prove to us that they remain as connected as ever.
A troubled marriage
There’s a reason why a lot of people strongly believe Donald and Melania have an unhappy marriage. One of them is the fact that Melania has been spotted a few times seemingly rejecting her husband’s attempt at hand-holding.

In addition to several other claims, Wolff also stated that Melania was far from happy when her husband won the presidential elections.
Melania was in tears — and not of joy.
A show of love
With all these rumors and dramatic stories floating around, it’s easy to assume that the Trumps aren’t living a marital fairytale. However, while they are not exactly the type to be all touchy-feely in public, they do give people a glimpse of their affection for each other every once in a while.
Recently, Donald Trump reached in to share a kiss with his wife and the tender moment was caught on camera shortly after his impeachment acquittal was announced.
He was captured with one hand lovingly on her back as they both leaned in for the sweet moment.

How Melania has described her feelings for her husband
The First Lady isn’t oblivious of some of the things people have said about her marriage.

She has given some details of the kind of relationship they have.
- In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Melania said she was "always there to support" her husband especially during his presidential campaign.
- The FLOTUS also told ETOnline that President Trump is a "romantic guy" but it’s a "different romance" from what many people are used to.
- During a sit-down with Today, Melania revealed that she and Donald had "great chemistry from day one."

It must be tough to constantly have to defend your love for your partner. Sure, the president and first lady aren’t exactly tactile in public, but they do appear to care for each other. In addition, Melania has handled all these rumors about her marriage with nothing but grace. You have to give her props for that.
