Oscars cannot go a single year without causing some kind of controversy. This time, numerous enraged fans are calling out the Academy for missing some important names from their In Memoriam montage.

Who did the Oscars forgot?

The list of names that people believe should’ve been remembered by the Academy this year is quite long, some stars include:

  • Valerie Harper (1939 – 2019);
  • Tim Conway (1933 – 2019);
  • Sid Haig (1939 – 2019);
  • Peggy Lipton (1946 -2019), and others.

But the two late actors that dominate the social media right now are Luke Perry and Cameron Boyce and fans are beyond enraged that they weren’t include in the In Memoriam.

Fans call out Oscars for disrespecting Luke Perry and Cameron Boyce

Many people flooded social media expressing their anger at Oscars for forgetting Perry and Boyce, saying it was absolutely "disrespectful".

Beverly Hills and Riverdale star Luke Perry died at the age of 52 on March 4, 2019. His passing resulted from a stroke the actor had suffered a week prior.

Cameron Boyce, known for his work for Disney channel, shocked fans when he suddenly passed at 20 on July 6, 2019, after suffering an epileptic seizure. We will never forget the wonderful actors that brought us so much joy.
