Can't Accept The Truth: Woman Is Outraged To Find Out Her Beloved Son Is Transitioning Into A Girl Named Arianna
When a child says he is transgender, we are expected nowadays to accept and celebrate this announcement. But there are many parents who are not celebrating. They are suffering in silence. They believe their children were not born in the wrong bodies and that hormones and surgeries are not the answers to their discomfort and confusion.

Those young trans people, who are choosing to live with their less-than-accepting families and face criticism and rejection are especially vulnerable to mental health conditions such as depression as well as at a higher risk for suicide.
Mother wants her transgender son to get out of their house
Yet, some parents can’t cope with their emotions and can go even further with their rejection.
For instance, one mom was so shocked to find out that her son Joe is a gay and that he’s transitioning into a female that she even refused to go out in public with the teen.

The family argues every single day, as the mom simply can’t accept the truth. She is so embarrassed of her son that she wants him to get out of their house when he turns 18. Boy’s father also doesn’t like that his son is transitioning into a woman. Parents worry that Joe focuses only on his gender identity problems instead of studying. Joe wants other people to call him Arianna and has already made his decision.

He, in fact, has always had a strong feeling about his gender since childhood but was afraid to say about it.
"When I was little a I just thought I was a girl"
– Arianna said.
The mother said they don’t want to live with a 40-year-old transgender in the future and Arianna’s lifestyle is unacceptable for them.

Rejecting a child’s identity can be profoundly damaging
While many parents struggle with the same problem it’s important to try to understand your children. Listen to them and love the way they are.
Rejecting your child’s identity as trans, or forcing them to “prove” it in some way, can be profoundly damaging.

You will be able to best help your child if you yourself have come to terms with your child’s identity. There are now at least 1.4 million adults living as transgender. Your child is not alone, and can have a happy, enriched adult life—but only with support. The single best predictor of outcomes in transgender populations is support from families. Offer your child this unconditional support, and watch them flourish into a happy, healthy adult.
