Emma Roberts, 34, managed to drop three dress sizes in just 4 months to fit into her dream dress. And what is more interesting is that she achieved it without doing any exercise.

Although being a gym fanatic in the past, the woman had to give up exercise 7 years ago when she developed a cyst under her kneecap and suffered inflammation in her hips. As a result, Emma began piling on the pounds until she was 12 stone 8lbs and a size 16.

Incredibly, in just four months, the woman’s waist was 10 inches smaller meaning she could fit into a stunning fit and flare dress in a size 10.

Emma said:

“When I gained weight, I didn’t feel very good about myself…I even had a meltdown on New Year’s Eve in 2018 because I couldn’t find something to wear that I felt comfortable in. There’s no way I wanted to stay that way for my wedding.”

So what was her secret?

The mum-of-one shed the weight by following a 600 calorie a day meal replacement plan – the 1:1 Diet from the Cambridge Weight Plan.

Because the woman hates vegetables, salad, pasta and rice, she daily diet included 1 peanut bar for breakfast, 1 peanut bar for lunch, flavored shake for dinner, tea with no sugar and 2.25 liters of water a day.

Believe it or not, the result was worth it!

Emma has got the body and life of a different woman.

  • Drink water a half hour before meals
  • Choose weight loss-friendly foods
  • Eat your food slowly
