Pat and Shirley were happily married for 65 years. This sounds incredible for a celebrity marriage, doesn’t it? The couple met when Shirley was 16. It was love at first sight, the kind described in romantic movies.
Pat and Shirley supported each other in everything. Once, the singer sweetly called his beloved wife ‘the center of his universe.’ They have four daughters together.
During the last minutes of her life, Shirley was surrounded by the people she loved, above all, her husband and children.
