Dallas star Patrick Duffy had quite a change of style in the past year and shows that there so age limit to experimenting with hair, but fans had mixed reactions to his new look.

Patrick Duffy debuted his ponytail a year ago

Last year, at Directors Guild Awards, the famous actor showed up in a stylish tux and…a ponytail. It was quite a big change since we can’t remember when we last saw Duffy with long hair, if ever, to be honest!

Now, a year later, looks like the 70-year-old actor is back to his roots and we’re kind of glad he is.

On February 5, Patrick Duffy attended the 60th Anniversary Party For The Monte-Carlo TV Festival in California and the first thing we noticed is the absence of the controversial ponytail.

Sure, the actor’s hair still seemed longer than usual, but it’s much closer to how we’re used to seeing him.

Duffy also sported a classy blazer with a blue shirt and stylish scarf paired with jeans, which is the peak of smart casual. He looked very dapper!
