Yoga helps calm your mind and look into yourself. But is it possible to calm the mind when a goat climbs onto your back? Well, it may be much more fun than you imagine. While you may still be sceptical about this, those who tried yoga with goats in Fresno believe that it’s a memorable experience.

It’s pretty hard to be depressed with baby goats jumping around you. Isn’t it?

Yoga with 13 goats in Fresno

Thirteen goats were taken to a yoga class in Fresno, and Rhonda Murphy, of Rhofit Personal Training, affirms that it was so much fun.

We are doing classic goat yoga. We are trying to just have some fun … I just like to see people smile, and it’s just a good cause.

Rhonda believes that making fitness fun will encourage people to be part of the exercise. And her job is done by getting people to come and participate in the fitness routine.

When asked how they feel about their unique yoga session, participants admitted it was fun and that they didn’t feel like they were working out.

People are now doing yoga with animals, why?

This is not the first time people do yoga with animals. In fact, Rhonda confessed that she saw something similar on YouTube before she decided to try it out. While some people find this to be fun, others don’t.

Yoga with animals is becoming a trend. Apart from viral goat yoga videos, cat yoga and horse yoga are gaining waves.

Doing yoga with animals makes for an epic Instagram post, but on top of that, the innocence of animals is something that people want to connect with. In a complicated and frustrating world, most people covet things that remind them of simplicity and innocence. And that’s exactly what yoga with animals brings to the table.
