Christmas time is approaching, and Kelly Ripa has already gotten themselves into the holiday spirit. In fact, she started celebrating festivities back in November when she posted a picture of her gorgeous Christmas tree on Instagram. Just take a look at this beauty, there was definitely much effort put into decorating it!

Of course, the host of Live with Kelly and Ryan didn’t stop there. Just a few days ago, she melted her followers’ hearts when she shared a sweet snap with her husband Mark Consuelos standing in front of their tree and posing together.

But then, Ripa caught her fans by surprise when she posted the “Happy Holidays” greeting that featured Consuelos’ TV brood instead of the real one. In the pic, the 47-year-old is seen with actresses Marisol Nichols and Camila Mendes who play his family in Riverdale.

Why would she do that?

Don’t worry, there’s nothing wrong going on between the spouses, as Ripa is known for her pranks and jokes. As she explained in the caption:
