Well, That Didn't Go As Planned! Meghan's Mom Left Her Alone Only 2 Weeks After Archie's Birth
When Meghan Markle and Prince Harry welcomed baby Archie on May 6, no one was happier for the new parents than Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland.
The 62-year-old waited for this moment for a long time. A statement from Buckingham Palace said Doria was overjoyed when her baby grandson finally arrived!
A few weeks before Archie’s birth, Doria flew in from L.A. to be by her daughter’s side and provide much-needed emotional support. The happy granny was present when Meghan and Harry introduced Archie to his great-grandparents, the Queen and Prince Philip.
But for some reason, she didn’t stay with Meghan, Harry, and Archie for long.
Doria is back in L.A.
On Tuesday, Meghan’s mom was seen near her L.A. home, walking her two dogs.
This sighting contradicts earlier reports that Doria planned to stay with Meghan and her baby son for several months!

While some may see it as a possible sign of another feud in Meghan’s family, it’s much more likely that Doria simply needs her own life, as her job and her friends are in Los Angeles.

Nevertheless, Doria is expected to visit her daughter and grandson on a regular basis. As an inside source told Grazia Magazine, her help is “indispensable” to Meghan and Harry!
