Legendary comedian Tim Conway’s daughter Kelly was asking to be appointed as conservator of her father in 2018.

Conway, best known for his roles on McHale’s Navy and The Carol Burnett Show, is now suffering from dementia, so his daughter was trying to do everything possible to protect her dad.

Reportedly, Kelly wanted to control Tim’s medical care, as his wife may move him out of the current facility. Conway’s daughter was eager to be her father’s conservator and take care of his medical treatment.

Kelly also added that her loving father is unresponsive and suffers from dementia.

Conway’s wife was given a new role

Tim Conway’s wife Charlene wins over his daughter to become a conservator of Carol Burnett Show star as his dementia develops.

The court found Charlene to be fully suitable and qualified for this role. It was also reported that Tim Conway is currently unable to make his own healthcare decisions.

Tim and Charlene Fusco have been together since 1984. It is comedian’s second marriage, as he was previously married to Mary Ann Dalton.
