How to deal with eating disorders
While Caitlin’s story is surely unique, it’s no secret that overeating poses a great danger to our well-being. For those who have suffered from eating disorders, it is a tough problem to tackle since as much as we try, food remains a necessity for our survival.

Experts advise that overcoming eating disorders requires discipline since one has to unlearn their bad habits of eating. This means finding new ways of dealing with stress aside from eating as well as revising our attitudes on body image and weight.
To truly overcome weight issues, we need to listen to our feelings, our bodies, and most importantly, we need to accept and love ourselves. Additionally, with help and support from people around us, we can conquer weight issues and live happy lives.
