Mindy Kaling Gave Birth To Her First Baby And It's A Girl
It’s been reported that on 15th of December Mindy Kaling became a mom to a sweet baby girl that she named Katherine. However, Mindy hasn’t confirmed anything yet. She tried to keep things private during her whole pregnancy, didn’t like to make any comments on this. It’s also unknown who the father of the child is. But 38-year-old Kaling is definitely happy to have this baby.

In November she made an exception and posted a photo on her Instagram page, where her baby bump is pretty obvious. Those rare times when she talked about her pregnancy, she hoped to become a fun mom. But also Mindy used to add that all this is going to be new for her and she doesn’t know what to expect.

Kaling also hopes to be like her late mother, who died in 2012, but she has become a real role model for Mindy. She said:
My mom was incredibly fierce and so devoted to us, just loved us and really wanted us to be happy no matter what we did. My career choice was not something that she was familiar with and she was just so supportive of that. If I could give that to my child, just that open-mindedness, I’d be so happy.
This year has been very productive for Mindy, so in 2018 we’ll see her in some really expected movies, such as A Wrinkle in Time and Ocean’s 8.

So, probably, Kaling will begin promotion tours and interviews soon. But for now, she has all her time to spend with her little baby girl and also Mindy is going to have a brand new experience.
We hope that in the near future we’ll have a chance to see adorable photos of a new mom and her daughter.
