After her divorce back in 2013, Friends star Courteney Cox gave love another shot. She began dating the Snow Patrol pianist and guitarist Johnny McDaid a year later.
He proposed but called off their engagement
News of the couple’s engagement was flying in the air back in 2014. However, it became quiet and many wondered what had happened. As a guest on Ellen DeGeneres Show, the mother-of-one finally spilled the beans on their relationship. She said:
He’s not my fiancé. We were engaged to be married, but now we’re just together. We broke off our engagement, and he moved to England, then we got back together, and it’s actually better than it was before.

In sickness and in health, Courteney Cox is supporting her boyfriend Johnny McDaid in his time of need after spinal surgery.
The Friends actress revealed on social media that she is nursing Johnny after he received two new discs in his spine. She shared a picture of herself and her partner with a neck brace on Instagram with the caption:
Happy to be taking care of my man….I’M HIS NUMBER ONE FAN! Johnny has sooo many platinum discs, now he has two made of titanium. Thank you @drtoddlanman for your incredible work.
The couple has received lots of good wishes and support from fellow celebrities, including Justin Theroux, Busy Philipps, Sara Foster, Yael Cohen, and Paul Wilson.
The actress and Johnny started dating back in 2013 and got engaged in June 2014. However, seventeen months later, they called off the engagement but reconciled six months later.
