Four Shot, Including 6-Year-Old, Outside A Texas Roadhouse In San Antonio
In 2015, 372 mass shootings took place in the United States. 475 people lost their lives, and 1,870 were injured. Out of this number, 64 were school shootings. Firearms accounted for the deaths of 13,286 people during the same year.
Despite calls for stricter gun control measures, more Americans seem to be getting access to firearms. At present, there are about 300 million guns in the US. That is almost enough for every single person in the country.
