The tradition has nearly a 100-year-long history. Back in 1923, the 30th President of the U.S. Calvin Coolidge lighted the very first National Christmas Tree. Since then, President’s Park witnessed this special moment every year. Today, it is one of the most important and beautiful American holiday traditions.
